Cedric is a mundane who possesses the Sight, and is among the many servants of the York Institute.
History
In 1878, Aloysius Starkweather instructed Gottshall to call Cedric and Andrew to help bring the luggage of their guests from the London Institute. According to Tessa Gray, the male servants of the York Institute were mostly bent old men.
